Sprkl is a Personal Observability platform that helps devs write production-ready code faster
and identify potential issues as soon as they write their code in the IDE.
Powered by OpenTelemetry, we instrument every code change and analyze it upon execution.
We then provide immediate feedback, right in the IDE, that includes traces on the code level,
not just infra components (with an embedded Jaeger instance), insights about hidden
API calls, DB queries, memory bottlenecks, diff coverage, exceptions, and more.
We started Sprkl because we needed it.
We thought devs’ lives should be easier. It’s insane
how hard you must work in a distributed
environment – sort out endless logs, traces, and
metrics just to understand how your code impacts
the app. In our ideal world, you shouldn’t look for
data; it should come looking for you.
